Watch without signing up

The video library is available without submitting a form or granting marketing permission. Viewing a video does not authorize emails, text messages, or phone calls.

Information you choose to provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone and property location, listing representation status, question, and permission choices. The submission also records the consent wording and version, submission time, and source page. The website host and form processor may process standard connection and security information, such as IP address and browser details.

How your information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, evaluate your real estate question, maintain request and consent records, honor opt-outs, and operate the website. Submission requests an email response to your inquiry. Additional marketing email, text, and phone permissions are separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, passwords, or sensitive documents through this form. If further information is needed, we can arrange an appropriate way to exchange it.

Email, text, and AI-assisted calls

If you choose marketing email permission, you can unsubscribe through the method in a marketing email or contact us directly. Text permission is separate: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Phone permission covers the real estate calls described next to the checkbox, including automated, prerecorded, or artificial voice calls. Sarah is David's AI assistant, not a human broker. Neither call nor text permission is required to watch videos, request an email response, or purchase services. You may revoke permission by contacting info@relistdfw.com and identifying the relevant number or email address. A permission choice is not a promise of an immediate call, message, or enrollment.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by hosting, form-processing, CRM, email, phone, SMS, and brokerage support providers as needed to respond to your request and operate the business. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry information as a consumer lead list or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Viewing progress and outside links

The site may save your video progress in this browser so you can resume later. That local progress is separate from the inquiry form and does not create a subscription. You can remove it with the site's reset control or your browser's site-data controls. External City Insider, booking, or regulatory links open services with their own privacy practices.

Records and choices

Inquiry and permission records are retained as needed for follow-up, honoring preferences, business recordkeeping, and applicable requirements. Contact us to request a correction, ask about your information, or request deletion, subject to records that must be retained. No website or communications system can promise absolute security.
